The Matrix reusable transit cases are manufactured using a hybrid construction of high density (HDPE) copolymer & riveted aluminum frame.

This type of manufacturing process offers an infinite selection of sizes as they are custom built around your equipment, making the search for the ideal case solution easy and cost-effective.

Matrix Custom Case Features:

• Impact & chemical resistant high density polyethylene plastic panels – Thickness available: 0.125 to 0.250 inches.

• Heavy duty spring-loaded recessed handles with rubber-grip are mounted at key balance points. Tested to 175 lbs. without deformation. Material: Steel, zinc finish.

• Heavy duty steel spring loaded twist latches are recessed mounted at all critical closure points. Every hex cam twist latch offers up to 3,100 N / 700 lbs. load capacity.

• Larger size cases use aluminum V-rail stiffeners for extra strength and stack ability.

• Heavy duty corners protectors are standard on all Matrix Cases - Material: 14 ga. steel, zinc finish.

• Other hardware materials specifications are available to meet environmental requirements & field conditions.
