OFFICIAL RULES SPONSOR. The Sponsor of the “CaseCruzer” Promotion (“Promotion”) is CPD Industries Inc., located at 4665 State Street, Montclair, CA 91763. The Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook, Pinterest, or Instagram.

ELIGIBILITY. To participate, participants must be registered users of Facebook, Pinterest, or Instagram; at least 18 years old; and legal residents of one of the 50 United States or the District of Columbia. Directors, officers, employees, and agents of CPD Industries, and the members of their immediate families or households, are not eligible to participate.

PROHIBITED CONTENT. Submissions must be the original work of the participants and not violate the rights of any other party, including but not limited to intellectual property rights or rights of privacy/publicity. Submissions must NOT contain: (a) advertising or commercial content for any party other than CPD Industries; (b) content that endorses/promotes illegal or harmful activity; (c) violent, profane, vulgar, obscene or defamatory material; or (d) adult material. CPD Industries reserves the right to disqualify any submission that violates these prohibitions, or which CPD Industries deems inappropriate for any reason, in CPD Industries’ sole discretion.

LICENSE. By making a submission, participants grant CPD Industries a worldwide royalty-free license to use, reproduce, distribute, transmit, publish or display the submission, with or without modifications, in any media for any purpose, including to promote, market or advertise the submission.  

GENERAL LIABILITY RELEASE. By participating on this Promotion, participants release CPD Industries, CaseCruzer, Facebook, Instagram and Pinterest from any liability whatsoever, on any theory, and waive all claims and causes of action arising from or related to this Promotion.

INTERPRETATIONS AND DISPUTES. Participants agree to be bound by these Rules and all decisions of CPD Industries in CPD Industries’ sole discretion. Any disputes shall be governed by the laws of the State of California, and shall be resolved in the courts in San Bernardino, California.

MISCELLANEOUS. The Promotion is void where prohibited. If provisions of these Rules are held by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force. CPD Industries may suspend, modify or terminate the Promotion or a participant if it believes, in its sole discretion that a disruption will impair the administration of the Promotion, in which case the prize will be awarded among the eligible entries unaffected by the disruption, if possible.
