iPad Wifi Sync

First set up the wireless network on your iPad.
Once in iTunes on your computer, choose your iPad, click Summary, then turn on “Sync with this iPad over Wi-Fi.”

When you sync using Wi-Fi, your iPad will use the same sync settings that it would if you were syncing over a cable.

For multiple iPad wifi syncing, repeat this process for each iPad.

When Wi-Fi syncing is on, your iPad will sync when: it is plugged in to charge, both computer and iPad(s) are set up to use same wireless network, and iTunes is running on the computer.
